My mom calls me Jess Jess!! I’m as cute as can be 9yr GSD mix. Before coming into rescue I was removed from the only home I ever knew for neglect. I had a hard time adjusting not knowing what was going on but I quickly realized that I was actually loved and being taken very good care of. I’m always smiling and absolutely love to snuggle. I will rest my head on your lap and look at you with my brown eyes in content.

I would love to live in a home with a retired couple or a home with no children as I’m not an active girl and just like to snuggle. When I get really excited I rub my face all over my mom’s legs and I show her a big smile how thankful I am to be safe and loved. I also bark when its time to eat and jump around in circles. You should probably know that I don’t really have a bark. Mom thinks the family I lived with took out my voicebox but that doesn’t stop me. Mom says my bark is very cute and makes me all the more special.  Just looking for a quiet home I can be safe and never have to worry again where my next meal is going to be.
