Kaiser and Kacie, the wonder dogs!
We just received this amazing update from the family who adopted Kaiser and Kacie (formally known as Buddy and Uma) from GSRAW in 2010.
…My wife and I adopted Buddy and Uma now known as Kaiser and Kasie in 2010. I thought you should know what amazing thing happened on July 16th at 11:30pm.
I was awakened by the dogs who were both right in my face barking at me. It was not their regular bark. I didn’ t realize at that time but apparently, I was in the middle of a major heart attack when they woke me up. I called for my wife who called 911. When the first responders came to the house, they had to do CPR and defib my heart twice that night.
Today, I am recovering very well. My wife and I were told, if not for those dogs, and if it the heart attack had gone on without me being awakened I would have not made it that night.
We loved our “kids” before this happened, but now I owe them my life and could not imagine our life with out them. We thought we should let you know what remarkable dogs we received from your rescue and who rescued me.
